Date: Saturday, February 13, 2010
Time: 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Do you have extra purses taking up space in your closets? Perhaps you have extra toiletries in your bathroom closet, or jewelry/accessories you rarely wear any longer. WM has an opportunity for you to give that purse, filled with love, to a women in need.

Join us for the next WM Gathering as we hear from Candace Gregory to learn more about the work going on at the Lydia House. During this gathering, we will fill purses with personal items for the women of the Lydia House as a means of sharing Christ’s love with hurting women.

Good, used purses are currently being collected and can be given to Dee Pearson, Jill Kennedy or brought to the church office.

For this gathering, please bring: items such as lotion, body sprays, deodorant, makeup, shampoo, body wash, soap, toothpaste, manicure items, individual tissue packets, jewelry, accessories, wallets (sorry, no money), notepads, pens, playing cards, gum, etc. etc. – anything a woman would enjoy.

Coffee and refreshments will be served.

If you are unable to attend this event: You may still donate purses or personal items. Donations may be given to Dee, Jill or at the church office.
