JOY Group of Women Ministries will gather in the Lounge on Friday, March 26th at 9:30 am to share a pastry and coffee as well as an opportunity to learn about treasures from our past.

Guest speaker and knowledgeable antique collector, Eunice Levisay, will share history and her expertise of “treasured antiques” including depression glass, nippan china, toothpick holders and antique paper goods.

We’ve ordered good weather and we promise an enjoyable time of facts, food and fellowship.

A special “thank you” to all those who contributed to and/or attended our “Purses Filled with Love” Gathering on Feb. 13. It was a HUGE success! We filled 115 donated purses with personal care items for the women at the Lydia House.

Thank you for joining us for Women Ministries Sunday, Feb. 14. After the presentation of the national project, Break the Chains 2010: Hope and Restoration for Freed Slaves you generously donated $1700 toward this project. You may continue to donate to this project throughout the year.

Future opportunities are being planned to support this project in prayer.
